Restored Events for March

Coffee Chat

Tuesday, March 4, 2025 | 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM

What to Expect: Restored Coffee Chats are designed to be an informal and intimate virtual gathering for faith-interested moms in the workplace. Whether you’re close by in N.C. or miles away in another state, you can find your people right here. This month, we’re talking about managing conflict in marriage.

Feel free to participate as much or as little as you'd like. There's no pressure to join the conversation. This virtual, one-hour event gives busy moms an easy way to connect with like-minded moms. Please register in advance, as space is limited to keep the group small. Grab a cup of coffee or tea, and join us Feb. 6 at 8:30 a.m on Zoom.

Coworking Club

Wednesday, March 5, 2025 | 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

What to Expect: Coworking Club is a casual way to be socially productive. We meet monthly at Blush Cowork for three hours and work at the same table. Our designated table is marked to help people find us, and we typically have several women join us. You can stay for as long or as little as you like. Blush Cowork provides several meeting spaces in case someone needs to have a private meeting or take a break from the group's chatter.

Coworking days are free, thanks to Blush, and although Restored moms are intentionally gathered from 9 a.m. to noon, you can enjoy the space all day. The atmosphere is very informal – some attendees come in workout clothes because it's their work-from-home day, while others are dressed for work meetings. It's a nice change of scenery from the usual workspace. Blush Cowork has coffee, flavored water, and snacks (for purchase) + childcare services available for $12.75/hour/child for non-members. Please email alison@blushcowork.com to reserve childcare (no drop-ins accepted).

The event will be interactive, allowing for networking, community building, and a greater understanding of how we can share Jesus in the workplace.

Space is limited to 30 attendees. Register here to attend this FREE event. Feel free to come early or stay afterwards to purchace delicious Two Roosters ice cream!

About the Speaker

For the first 15 years of her career, Jane kept her work life and Christian walk separate, refraining from speaking about her faith in the workplace. However, in 1999, she felt God calling her to ministry. As she sought clarity about where she was meant to serve, God revealed something profound: she was already in the right place, just not doing what she was called to do.

From that moment forward, Jane embraced her calling as a workplace missionary. Through her obedience to this calling, she witnessed incredible transformations—many colleagues came to know Christ, while others rediscovered their faith and began studying the Bible and attending Bible-believing churches. Jane’s story is a testament to the impact one can have by integrating faith into daily life and living out God’s mission, no matter the setting.
